Basin Street Stompers Jazz Band

The Basin Street Stompers Jazz Band was formed in 2009 with the goal of playing in the style of New Orleans Traditional Jazz Bands of the 1920s. The band has 8 members: Trumpet, Trombone, Reeds, Piano, Banjo, Tuba, Drums, and Vocal/Violin. Some of the band members regularly attend the San Diego Adult Traditional Jazz Camp to learn the art of this old-style music.
